UC Botanical Garden Advisory Board
The general purpose of the University of California Botanical Garden Advisory Board is to help ensure the future and continuity of, and to further the mission of the University of California Botanical Garden.The Board will assist the UCBG by raising funds, providing advice, consultation, and expertise to the Director and staff of UCBG, fostering community contacts, and initiating and implementing special projects.

In 2010, the Advisory Board solicited ideas from Garden personnel, volunteers, and University faculty for planning and goals. This resulted in a formal Vision Plan for the Garden, published in 2010. This Spring, the Board reviewed the substantial progress that has been made toward those goals, and published a Vision Plan Progress Report for all interested parties.
