Waterwise Gardening Tour seasonal highlights of the Garden's unique waterwise plants.
Purchase the Tour book at The Garden Shop.


Third Thursday and the following Saturday and Sunday of each month, 1:30 PM. Free


Art in the Garden

Develop simple pen and ink skills to capture the flora and fauna of your travels and hikes. East Bay
artist Karen LeGault, will share her unique East-West fusion style of painting and offer a lesson in
"drawing on the run." With a little guidance, you may be surprised at what you are able to draw!

Best of the Garden Members' Tour

Join this special tour for members only. Come see the best of the early Spring bloom. Garden staff
will lead this tour. Tour will be followed with refreshments.

Outdoor Gardening with Cacti and Succulents

Join Bryan Gim, horticulturist for the Arid House and New World Desert, to learn about incorporating cacti and succulents into your garden. A walk through the New World Desert will follow the talk. Cacti and Succulents will be available for purchase following the program.

Registration is required for all programs and events, except the Sick Plant clinic and Plant Sales. Parking is available in the UC lot across Centennial from the Garden.

Program fees include Garden admission. Register early, class space is limited. Cancellations received at least two weeks prior to program date are subject to a $10 service fee. Program fees of $10 or less and cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the program are non-refundable. Full refund if the program is cancelled by the Garden.
