Naturally Dyed Easter Eggs, a Children's Workshop

Saturday March 22, 2008 2 pm- 3pm

This hands-on workshop will introduce children to the joy of natural dyes while they create their own way of dyeing brilliant plant-based colors for their Easter Eggs. Along, with Sasha Duerr, founder of the Living and Dyeing Project, which teaches natural dyeing in school garden programs, children enjoy the connection of surprising organic sources for their eggs, naturally! Includes a tour of the Fiber and Dye Exhibit.

$20, $15 members. Price includes one adult and one child, $10 each additional child or adult per family.
