Two hour minimum rental for each site; six hour minimum for Conference Center on Saturdays.
Cleaning and Damage Deposit: equivalent to two-hour rental fee; refundable following rental; non-refundable if renter cancels.
Insurance: Proof of liability insurance required. Available from UC Risk Management as of January 2010, minimum $150.
Caterer buyout: $500 (if not using one of our recommended caterers)
Security staff: $25 per hour (for rental after Garden hours)
Rental Monitor: $25 per hour
UC Parking: Fee per car reserved by Rental Coordinator and billed to renter (UC parking attendants may be required)
Complimentary Services: Free rehearsal and photograph time and locations; dressing room; Conference Center podium with microphone; high-speed internet access.
Conference Center chairs, round & rectangular tables included with rental, set-up fee $35-50
Seat cushions rental: $50
Conference Center Terrace umbrellas: $25 each, includes set-up

*Between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm parking for 50 cars maximum must be paid in advance. Rentals requiring additional parking must arrange off-site parking and shuttle transpotation to UCBG.
**$25/hr. Grove discount when booking Grove & Conference Center.
***Six hour minimum for Conference Center rentals on Saturday.
