GARDEN INFORMATION

The Garden facilities are an excellent choice for your next wedding, rehearsal dinners, celebrations, anniversaries, reunions, ceremonies, retirement dinners, memorials, meetings, conferences and retreats, clubs and societies.

Required Fees and Deposits

Two hour minimum rental for each site.
Cleaning and Damage Deposit: equivalent to two-hour rental fee; refundable following rental; non-refundable if renter cancels.
Insurance: Proof of liability insurance required: Available from UC Risk Management: 2006 fees est. $85 – 200
Caterer buyout: $250 (if not using one of our recommended caterers)
Security staff: $25 per hour ( for rental after Garden hours)
Rental Monitor: $25 per hour
Parking: Fee per car ( parking attendants may be required)

Special Services

Chairs and round & rectangular tables: Available, set-up fee $35-50
Seat cushions rental: $50
Canopies/umbrellas (various sizes): $25 each, includes set-up
Dance Floor: May be rented through vendor.
Complimentary Services: Free rehearsal and photograph time and locations; Dressing room; Podium with microphone; High-speed internet access.

*Groups greater than 100 are required to arrange additional off-site parking & shuttle transportation to UCBG.
