From the exotic monkey puzzle tree (Araucaria araucana) to the endangered cloud forest magnolia (Magnolia sharpii), UC Botanical Garden is home to an important and diverse collection of trees. Remember a loved one or commemorate a special event by becoming a guardian of one of these Garden icons.

Tree adoptions begin at $10,000, are fully tax deductible and may be applied towards University class gifts and giving societies. Learn more about our tree adoption program.

Tribute benches and study tables help the UC Botanical Garden maintain its diverse living collection of plants to support teaching and worldwide research in plant biology, further the conservation of plant diversity, and promote public understanding and appreciation of plants and the natural environment.

These tributes are a wonderful means of passing on a love and respect for nature to future generations. Tribute benches and study tables begin at $25,000, and are fully tax deductible. Learn more about our program.

Bricks

Establish a lasting remembrance with a tribute brick that can be enjoyed for many years to come. Tribute bricks are placed in the Garden’s tribute plaza, across from the Arid House.

All tribute brick gifts are tax deductible and benefit the Garden to help ensure that our priceless plant collection will be available for botanical research and education. Learn more about our program.
