To collect your free tickets, please check in at the Membership Desk on Floor 2 with your member card and a photo ID. Please note that access to the special exhibition KAWS: FAMILY is not included in this offer, but can be purchased for an additional $12. SFMOMA is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Verifying Membership & Event Registration

We’re here to help you access your benefits and discounts!

Are you registering for a member event or an event with a member discount? Please review these instructions for how to Sign in on ticketing pages and receive your member perks.

Signing In:

First time user? Register to create an account linked to your membership.
If you have not used the online ticketing site before as a member, select the “Register” button at the top of the page to create an online account that links to your membership. This will allow verification that your membership is active and proceed with event registration.

During the registration process you will be asked to create a username (your email) and password. (Use the same information connected to your membership to correctly link accounts.) Once you have logged-in successfully, you should see your email address appearing at the top, your membership will be verified, and then you can proceed with signing up for your chosen class, event or program.

Once you have created your online account, you will choose “Sign-in” at the top in the future, enter your email (username) and password, and your information will auto-populate and your membership will be verified.

SAVE your username and password for future use!

Already have a registered password account? Sign in!
If you have already created a password, please select the “Sign in” button at the top of the page. Sign-in with your username (email address) and password, then proceed to register for the event. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” in the Sign in box to have a Reset email sent to you. (The Garden does not have access to passwords.)

Troubleshooting Tips:

Trying to reset a password
If you are trying to reset your password but DID NOT receive an email link —double check that you are using the same email you used the first time you set up your online account.

Where is my discount; the fee didn’t change?
The member discount will be applied at the check-out window when signed in properly with email address appearing at the top.
