Planned Gifts offer creative and flexible strategies that enable you to support the Garden and the efforts that matter most to you.
Your legacy gift may enable you to make more significant support than you thought possible while at the same time allowing you to achieve your financial, philanthropic, and planning goals.

Quercus Legacy Society
The UC Botanical Garden Quercus Legacy Society allows donors the unique opportunity to gift a legacy that connects people to plants and our environment, supports world-wide plant research and conservation efforts to preserve endangered plants.
Individuals who have included the UC Botanical Garden in their estate plans are invited to become members of our Quercus Legacy Society, an affiliate of the UC Berkeley Benjamin Ide Wheeler Society. The Quercus Legacy program gives the Garden the opportunity to acknowledge your thoughtful giving specifically toward the future of the Garden.
