— 4-hour rental period (plus extra 90 minutes of set-up time, 1-hour cleanup time)
— Amplified music is permitted

— 50 parking spaces can be bought out for a $600 fee, otherwise event guests must pay at the parking lot meters

Event Timeline:
— Julia Morgan Hall opens to renter(s) and vendors 90 minutes ahead of contract start time (3:30 pm)
— Julia Morgan Hall opens to guests at contract start time (5:00pm)
— Reception activities end, guests exit one hour before contract end time (8:00 pm)
— All vendor clean-up/load-out completed and exited by/at contract end time (9:00 pm)


Additional Information:
— Main garden access for day-of photography
— Same-day admission for guests


Restrictions and Requirements:
— The renter (or someone in lieu of the renter) must attend a rental open house (tour) before booking
— Julia Morgan Hall is part of our living museum collection: no pets, open flame, drones, balloons, confetti, or other hard-to-clean items are allowed
— Dancing is only permitted on the Julia Morgan Hall deck
— Event insurance must be acquired either through personal insurance or bought through UC Berkeley approved vendor (approx. $100-200)
