UCBG Strategic Plan 2030

Strategic Plan 2030 is a road map for our ever-evolving Garden. Developed by teams composed of UCBG Advisory Board members and Garden staff and completed in 2023, the Plan identifies goals and actions that will position the Garden for expanded roles in education and research, while at the same time enhancing visitor experience. It includes an assessment of the infrastructure improvements that are central to any long-range plans and that will point the way for capital campaigns.
